Job Summary
East Midlands Energy Strategic Planning Coordinator role coordinating stakeholder engagement for NESO’s regional RESP program. Based in Leicester with some travel around the East Midlands; responsibilities include coordinating engagement with regional stakeholders and NESO teams, ensuring stakeholder views are captured in CRM and engagement materials, supporting the delivery of the communications strategy, organizing workshops and engagements with the Regional Strategic Board and other groups, and producing clear reports and slide packs tailored to diverse audiences. Requires excellent coordination, planning, communication, stakeholder engagement, CRM usage, and the ability to work across large organisations and multiple regional teams to advance whole energy systems planning and net-zero objectives.
Required Qualifications

- Governance adherence
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with large, complex organisations (energy/local government sectors preferred)
- Experience using customer relationship management tools/databases
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Proactive and flexible approach
- Willingness to learn about new areas of work
