Job Summary
The Sales Associate will serve as a key representative of DolFinTech to external clients, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service through daily interactions. Responsibilities include proactively enhancing company branding, analyzing customer needs, advising about rates, managing cash transactions, and maintaining confidentiality of customer information. Required skills include strong verbal and written communication in Spanish and basic English, attention to detail, and teamwork. The position involves various schedules available from 8am to 8:30pm, Monday to Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must speak Spanish fluently and at least basic English communication
- Ability using computer’s keyboard (letters and numbers) and computer mouse
- Detail oriented especially when reading, writing, and counting numbers and currency
