East Courtesy Officer (PT/PRN)

Conduct interior and exterior rounds of Blue Skies of Texas facilities, checking plant mechanical operations like boiler status and reporting deficiencies. Patrol grounds and buildings to observe unauthorized persons or vehicles, directing traffic and parking for large functions while regulating vehicle and pedestrian entry at the main gate. Act as First Responder to emergencies, expediting emergency vehicle access, and perform security checks on vehicles and personal items. Transport residents, employees, and others as directed, issue visitor passes, and maintain logs of entry and departure. Submit comprehensive incident reports for non-routine events and perform minor repairs such as resetting smoke detectors or replacing batteries when maintenance personnel are unavailable.
