Job Summary
Experienced member-services role at Nuvision Federal Credit Union focused on guiding members to appropriate resolutions, opening and maintaining accounts, processing loans, and offering related products (Mortgage, Investments, Autoland). Responsible for accurate transactions, compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional service in-person or by phone, including notary services and handling sensitive information with confidentiality. Must be proficient with PC/Microsoft applications, able to maintain accuracy under pressure, and represent the credit union professionally.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience in a similar position and prior loan experience and reaching service and performance goals
- NMLS Registered
- Notary preferred
- Successful completion of all compliance related coursework
