Earthworks Superintendent

Oversee grading, excavation, road construction, and site preparation crews while monitoring contractor performance against safety, schedule, and quality KPIs. Interpret construction drawings to coordinate heavy equipment operations, maintain daily field logs, and track progress against productivity targets. Enforce site safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with geotechnical reports, compaction standards, and environmental best practices. Work a 6-week on, 2-week off rotation in Arnea, Greece, leading execution of heavy civil and industrial earthworks activities on mining and infrastructure projects.
