Job Summary
Network aggressively with industry partners to form beneficial relationships for importing and exporting dirt and aggregates. Analyze production processes to increase profit through efficiency in import, export, and recycling operations. Propose strategic partnerships and game plans to reduce costs, increase revenue, and locate sites for aggregate disposal. Collaborate with internal project and estimating teams to review schedules, match project options, and accurately estimate aggregate-related costs. Coordinate with hauling and logistics companies to establish long-term partnerships that lower costs and boost efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- At minimum 5 years of experience in aggregates
- Strong understanding of production processes
- Resourceful, analytical and creative thinking skills
- Commitment to safety and environmental standards
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Adaptable to fast pace and growing operation
- Ability to multitask and strong time management skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
- Valid Driver's license
