Job Summary
Mentor Program Management Office, Control Account Managers, and analysts on Earned Value Management implementation and execution. Develop training materials and facilitate sessions on EVM topics. Provide guidance through program baseline development and Integrated Baseline Review preparation. Conduct internal EVM Surveillance Reviews to ensure compliance with EIA-748 EVMS guidelines. Support program teams in preparing for external EVMS reviews with agencies like DCMA. Review and provide feedback on organizational processes and procedures. Apply knowledge of DCMA data-driven Earned Value Management Systems compliance and current policy. Communicate effectively with program teams, stakeholders, and customers. Requires Top Secret clearance and 8+ years of experience in cost or schedule analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling
- Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling
- Additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Strong EVMS experience with Cost and Schedule Management skills
- Working knowledge of EVM and industry standards EIA 748 guidelines
- Experience with deployment of processes in an EIA-748 compliant Earned Value Management environment
- Experience with DCMA data-driven surveillance metrics and associated tools and processes
- Experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek Cobra, and MS Project
- Strong analytical skillset and ability to communicate significance of the results
- Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance (with a full investigation within the past 6 years)
- Experience with Deltek CostPoint
- Experience in a program oversight or auditing role
- Aerospace/Defense industry experience
- Can effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Can effectively manage a large volume of programs
- Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent problem solving and organizational skills
