Job Summary
Provide excellent, prompt customer service to EARN enrollees by meeting one-on-one within a week of enrollment to set goals using the Goal 41T approach and complete action plans. Monitor progress through bi-monthly interactions, including face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails, while reviewing time and attendance reports to develop make-up plans as needed. Collaborate with instructors and counselors to implement job placement strategies, verify employment documentation, and coordinate transitions to Community Work Experience or wrap-around activities. Maintain case notes, submit required reports, and attend Impact and funder meetings to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a Human Services-related field
- 5 years of equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working within an employment/training or human service environment
- experience in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound knowledge of office computer software
- Sound knowledge of Philadelphia area and city agencies/systems

- Bilingual in Spanish
