Job Summary
Gestational surrogacy program engagement: responsible for completing medical and pregnancy-history reviews, undergoing clinic screening, and coordinating with intended parents through matching, independent legal review, and contract; role covers embryo transfer support, pregnancy care, delivery, and post-journey wrap-up. Eligible candidates must have had a prior healthy pregnancy/live birth, be 21–39 years old, maintain BMI under 32, be a non-smoker, and be a U.S. resident subject to state-specific program review. Compensation up to $120K+ in total compensation and benefits is offered, with travel, childcare, and other journey-related allowances reviewed during the process.
