Job Summary
Facilitate gestational surrogacy journeys by coordinating medical screening, legal review, and embryo transfer processes for intended parents. Responsibilities include coordinating clinic screening and matching with intended parents, ensuring independent legal review and contract execution, managing pregnancy support and milestone payments, and handling journey-related items (insurance-related items, childcare, maternity clothing, travel, and lost wages) as part of the compensation package. Requires adherence to eligibility criteria (prior healthy pregnancy, age 21–39, BMI under 32, non-smoker) and completion of medical and legal screenings. Location-based in Spencerville, NM with in-person requirements during the journey.
