EARN Program Manager

Job Summary
The EARN Program Manager will establish professional working relationships to develop community support and address human resource and staff concerns. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of office operations, ensuring staff and program resources are utilized appropriately, and providing a positive vision for required changes during program operation. The role requires analyzing EARN performance reports and conducting weekly facilitation of Direct Reports, along with recommending hiring and termination of staff. Candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business, education, human services or a related area.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of business, training, teaching or sales experience
- Skills and experience in providing career development assistance
- Working knowledge of MS Office products
- Experience in team-oriented environment
- Ability to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
