Job Summary
As an Early Years Teacher, you will plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, ensuring development meets individual needs. Responsibilities include making accurate assessments and maintaining stimulating indoor and outdoor environments. Required qualifications include QTS, EYTS, EYPS, or a Level 6 Early Years qualification and a sound understanding of EYFS.
Required Qualifications
- Hold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Desired Qualifications
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both colleagues and parents
