Early Years SENCO

Develop and implement tailored educational plans for children with special educational needs, utilising applied behaviour analysis techniques to support behaviour management strategies. Educate staff and parents on best practices, conduct regular assessments to monitor progress, and provide mentoring and tutoring in maths and literacy. Engage in proofreading educational materials and collaborate with preschool and toddler care teams to ensure seamless transitions. Maintain detailed records of student progress and interventions while fostering an inclusive atmosphere. This role offers a permanent contract with a salary of £27,644 - £28,267 per annum, 40 hours per week, and includes benefits such as free uniform, NEST pension, and access to online training courses.
