Job Summary
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan and implement engaging activities tailored to children’s developmental milestones in a safe environment. You are expected to have a passion for creating inclusive learning experiences and a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage. The role involves fostering relationships with colleagues and parents to support children's education.
Required Qualifications
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
