Job Summary
Promote children's learning, development, and welfare within a nursery context while fostering inclusion, diversity, and equality. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to wider nursery development. Demonstrate high levels of interpersonal skills to ensure positive outcomes for all children and young people in the setting. Support the Education Directorate's mission to improve life chances for all through a professional commitment to making a difference.
Required Qualifications
- HNC Childhood Practice/Early Years Education & Childcare
- SVQ Level 3 Social Services, Children and Young People
- SSSC registration at practitioner level
- Working knowledge of the Curriculum for Excellence
- High levels of interpersonal skills
- Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership
