Early Years Inclusion Advisor

Early Years Inclusion Advisor to support inclusive practice across early years settings in Wiltshire. Responsibilities include inclusion support visits, advising on SEND and the graduated response, modelling best practice, supporting EHCP applications, delivering training, coordinating multi-agency work, and promoting smooth transitions into school. Must hold a relevant early years qualification and have recent experience with young children with additional needs, along with strong knowledge of the EYFS and SEND Code of Practice. Role involves working across schools, nurseries, and childminders with a mix of office and community-based activity and opportunities for professional development and training delivery.
