Early Years Educator (Toddlers Room)

Promote high standards of quality within the nursery by supporting and supervising playroom staff, deploying personnel appropriately, and ensuring the effective implementation of keycarer procedures. Allocate children to keycarers and maintain practice and provision that meets Early Years Foundation Stage requirements. Provide professional feedback to parents and carers regarding their children while promoting the nursery to current and potential customers. Develop open, positive working relationships with staff and ensure all personnel maintain friendly, professional connections with families. Work 40 hours weekly across four or five days in a supportive team environment focused on child development and well-being.
