Job Summary
Early Years Educator responsible for delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and the Fennies curriculum; building strong relationships with children and families; observing, assessing and supporting each child’s learning journey; ensuring safeguarding and health and safety standards; collaborative team culture. Requires Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, GCSEs, and strong communication/teamwork skills. Role supports delivery across a 4- or 5-day week with competitive salary and bonuses, located in Eltham, London.
Required Qualifications
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and child development
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – or equivalent
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
