Job Summary
Inspire learning through the play-based N Curriculum by creating development-focused activity plans and supporting smooth daily routines from mealtimes to naptimes. Carry out observations, assessments, and planning for key children while building strong, trusted relationships with families. Ensure your classroom remains a safe, clean, and engaging environment by embedding all policies and procedures into your daily practice. Serve as a positive role model who collaborates, motivates, and shares ideas to nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. Work within a 98-place nursery in Balham, South-West London, offering flexible hours, a competitive salary, and extensive training opportunities to shape young minds.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children in an early years environment
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours)
- Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge
