Job Summary
Inspire learning through the play-based N Curriculum by creating development-focused activity plans and carrying out observations, assessments, and planning for key children. Support daily routines from mealtimes to naptimes while ensuring the classroom remains a safe, clean, and engaging environment. Build strong relationships with children and families by embedding all policies and procedures into your daily practice and acting as a positive role model who collaborates and shares ideas. This role involves working in our 110-place nursery in Buckhurst Hill, North East London, with a competitive salary range of £28,808 to £31,782.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children in an early years environment
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours)
- Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge
- A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
- A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
- Confident communicator with a love for customer service
