Early Years Assistant - Learning Hub

As an Early Years Assistant at Bright Horizons in Cambridge, you’ll look after babies and children up to age 5 as part of a supportive team. You’ll engage children through interactive play, activities, and reading, helping with their development toward key milestones. You’ll contribute to a culture guided by the HEART values (Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork), build trusted relationships with colleagues and parents, and participate in our professional development programmes and accelerated Early Years qualification while earning. The role includes working 40 hours over 4 or 5 days, with DBS checks completed before appointment, and a welcoming environment that supports learning and growth within a Great Place to Work culture.
