Early Years Apprentice

Ensure children's individual needs are identified and met while supervising and supporting them at all times. Carry out interactive tasks including reading stories, assisting at mealtimes, playing games, and changing nappies. Act as a positive, practical role model and develop professional relationships with staff and parents. Fully understand and follow Safeguarding Procedures while working towards an Early Years qualification through hands-on experience.
