Job Summary
As an Early Years Apprentice, you will join a team looking after babies and children up to age 5 in a Chelmsford nursery, engaging in interactive play, activities, and reading to support children’s learning. You will work under the supervision of an assessor to undertake required training and coursework to complete your formal qualification, reflecting on practice and using new ideas to enhance development and learning. The role emphasizes safeguarding and requires an English qualification (GCSE Grade C / Level 4 or Functional Skills Level 2) and an enhanced DBS check.
