Job Summary
Manage delinquent accounts and negotiate repayment solutions to maintain portfolio health while resolving customer issues and identifying root causes of delinquency. Handle inbound and outbound communications to guide customers toward successful repayment, ensuring accurate documentation of all account activity. Adhere to established guidelines and regulatory standards to support customer success within the Collections team. Work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT in Draper, Utah, earning $18–22/hour plus performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer contact experience
- 1+ year of collections or account resolution experience
- Experience using CRM or similar systems in a customer-facing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing a personal portfolio of accounts
- Ability to analyze customer financial situations to recommend solutions
