Job Summary
Conduct daily classroom activities for early preschoolers aged 2-3 years using the Balanced Learning® approach to form connections and support development. Manage fully stocked classrooms while maintaining a safe, healthy environment where all children and team members can thrive. Assist children in learning new skills and observe their excitement as they progress. Work an 8-hour day shift from Monday to Friday with no weekends or closing shifts in the Houston, TX Galleria area. Requires reliable commute or relocation to the site.
Required Qualifications

- High school or equivalent
