Job Summary
Engage with parents and family members to build trust, while maintaining accreditation standards and licensing regulations. Assist with planning schedules that balance indoor/outdoor and active/quiet activities, and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum materials. Perform housekeeping duties to ensure a hygienic environment, including wiping spills and maintaining appropriate head count. Administer medications as needed within policy limits and participate in safety drills. Address conflicts diplomatically and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere. Work primarily in a dynamic center environment with occasional community field trips, requiring the ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for most of the day.
