Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, accurately ringing purchases and returns, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. Accurately process merchandise for the sales floor, promote credit and loyalty programs, and participate in store recovery as needed. Maintain organizational cleanliness throughout the store and provide constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, capable of lifting heavy objects and multi-tasking in a vibrant team culture.
