Job Summary
Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts departments. Support inventory management through on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity checks while executing price changes and recovery tasks like folding, repackaging, and re-hanging. Manage visual merchandising by updating signage, end caps, and fixtures, and ensure planogram execution across all hardlines. Assist with OMNI fulfillment during peak hours and provide direct customer service during open hours. Perform resets for assigned departments and maintain display standards. Requires High School Diploma, two years of experience, and proficiency with System Two and RF/Gizmo devices. Part-time schedule with discounts on merchandise and Bass Pro Shops benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two years experience
- Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices
- Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives
- Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory
- Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment
