Job Summary
Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts departments. Manage inventory by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity checks. Execute price changes, perform recovery tasks like folding and re-hanging, and maintain visual merchandising including fixture replacement and mannequin dressing. Support planogram execution, OMNI fulfillment during peak hours, and provide direct customer service during open hours. Work prior to store opening and during non-peak times to optimize efficiency. Requires High School Diploma, two years of experience, and proficiency with System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two years experience
- Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices
- Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives
- Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory
- Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment
- Regular computer work

- Uses judgment in adapting broad guidelines to achieve desired result
