Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness standards throughout the day. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while cross-training to work in multiple store areas as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
