Job Summary
Early morning replenishment responsibilities include delivering friendly customer service, assisting shoppers, stocking merchandise, unloading trucks, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Duties cover completing cash-handling to standards, engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, enrolling customers, supporting Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store), participating in planogram/AD set duties, and maintaining store recovery, shrink and safety programs. Role is cross-trained in Custom Framing selling/production, and requires adherence to SOPs and company programs, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings. Required Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- Michaels role requires team members to be at least 16 years old or older
- Must be able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store
- Ability to move heavy boxes and use ladders as needed
- Compliance with store SOPs and safety requirements
