Early Morning Part Time Backroom Coordinator at TJX-family store. Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, organizing backroom flow, tagging and stocking merchandise, training associates on principles, and ensuring accurate communication with management. Key duties include orchestrating truck deliveries, ensuring items are properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded; maintaining backroom organization and cleanliness; monitoring team productivity and coaching as needed; supporting safety programs and adherence to labor laws; and promoting a positive customer experience through efficient backroom operations and collaboration with management. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, and weekends, plus lift heavy objects as needed. 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience preferred, with opportunities for associate development and a comprehensive benefits package.
