Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery initiatives, participate in shrink reduction goals, and maintain safety awareness throughout the day. Perform cross-training in multiple store areas as needed and uphold established merchandising procedures. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
