Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day and uphold merchandising philosophy by following established procedures. Participate in safety awareness efforts and contribute to shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role requires working a flexible schedule to support business needs and involves lifting heavy objects. Starting pay is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
