Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery as needed. Support store shrink reduction goals, maintain safety awareness, and accept constructive feedback while following established merchandising and labor procedures. Work the Early Morning (5am-10am) shift at this Murfreesboro, TN Marshalls location. Starting pay is $13.50 to $14.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
