Job Summary
Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day, focusing on early literacy and math skills. Partner with a teacher to enhance student development through talking, reading, writing, singing, and play. Track student progress, conduct skill assessments, and enter scores into tracking software while meeting regularly with the on-site coach. Commit to personal growth through coaching and training, then share your experience with the community. Positions run August 2026 through June 2027 for the 2026-27 school year, with full-time schedules of 35 hours per week or part-time options at 25 or 18 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
