Job Summary
Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day, helping them build early literacy and math skills while partnering with a teacher. Track student progress by conducting skill assessments and entering scores into tracking software, then meet regularly with the school's on-site coach. Commit to your own growth through coaching and training, and share your experience with the community. Positions run August 2026-June 2027 for the 2026-27 school year, with full-time roles at 35 hours per week or part-time at 25 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
