Job Summary
Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day, helping them build early literacy and math skills through talking, reading, writing, singing, and play. Partner with a teacher to enhance learning while conducting skill assessments and entering student scores into tracking software. Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach, committing to your own growth through coaching and training. Share your experience with the community as a caring adult focused on helping students thrive. This role runs August 2026-June 2027 for the 2026-27 school year, with full-time positions at 35 hours per week or part-time options at 25 or 18 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
