Job Summary
Partner with teachers to enhance early literacy and math skills for preschoolers through daily activities like talking, reading, writing, singing, and play. Support students throughout the day while tracking progress, conducting skill assessments, and entering scores into software. Meet regularly with the on-site coach to review data and commit to personal growth through training. Share your experience with the community as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive. Work Monday through Friday during daytime hours for the 2026-27 school year, with part-time options available.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
