Job Summary
Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day, helping them build early literacy and math skills through talking, reading, writing, singing, or play. Track student progress by conducting skill assessments and entering scores into tracking software while meeting regularly with the school's on-site coach. Commit to your own growth through coaching and training, and share your experience with the community. Positions run August 2026-June 2027 for the 2026-27 school year, with full-time schedules of 35 hours per week during daytime Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
