Job Summary
Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day, helping them build early literacy and math skills. Partner with teachers to enhance learning through talking, reading, writing, singing, or play. Track student progress, conduct skill assessments, and enter scores into tracking software while meeting regularly with the on-site coach. Commit to personal growth through coaching and training, and share your experience with the community. Positions run August 2026 through June 2027 for the 2026-27 school year, with full-time schedules of 35 hours per week during daytime hours Monday through Friday. Part-time options are available at 25 or 18 hours per week. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, fluent in English, and able to complete a background check. Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
