Job Summary
Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day while partnering with a teacher to enhance early literacy and math skills. Conduct skill assessments, track student progress, and enter scores into tracking software. Meet regularly with the school's on-site coach to commit to personal growth through coaching and training. Share your experience with the community as a caring adult focused on helping students thrive. Positions run August 2026-June 2027 for the 2026-27 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
