Job Summary
Develop a positive environment for children, parents, and staff while demonstrating an understanding of their developmental needs. Supervise and assure proper safety for a group of children, acting as a positive role model who abides by program rules. Communicate with families to maintain positive relationships and build self-esteem through education, achievement, and belonging. This position requires at least 18 years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and experience working with children 5-12 years old, with child development knowledge preferred. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
