Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for 75 children aged 0–5 years, managing allergies and special diets while maintaining strict food safety standards. Coordinate cooking and baking for large groups, ensuring timely delivery on an as-and-when casual basis. This role supports a diverse, licensed early learning centre on Oxford Street, South Dunedin, offering flexible, whānau-friendly working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of health and food safety
- An understanding of allergies and special diets
- Confident with communication skills
- Excellent time management
- A food handling or food safety certificate
- Previous experience cooking for large groups
