Job Summary
Conduct daily supervision, responsive care, and classroom management for infants through Pre-K children, ensuring health and safety while implementing the Creative Curriculum and Orange Curriculum. Provide individualized support across physical, social, emotional, and cognitive domains using positive techniques and the Teaching Strategies Gold Assessment tool. Maintain complete records, ensure compliance with Colorado licensing regulations, and collaborate with parents, volunteers, and early intervention professionals to foster development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, elementary education or early childhood special education
- Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with at least 36 college credit hours in early childhood education or related field
- Meet Colorado State Child Care Licensing educational qualification standards
- PDIS Level 3 Credential
- Infant Nursery Supervisor Credential
- Ability to properly lift infants and young toddlers into and out of a crib
- Experience working with children ages infancy through five
- Lesson planning experience

- Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with at least 36 college credit hours in early childhood education or related field (Preferred)
