Early Learning Center Teacher - ECT

Develop weekly plans and implement age-appropriate curriculum to nurture all domains of child development while maintaining a structured, safe, and culturally responsive classroom environment. Perform ongoing developmental evaluations, conduct parent conferences twice yearly, and manage daily attendance, meal records, and incident reports. Implement classroom management routines, sanitize materials, and supervise assistants to contribute to planning and parent communication. Complete daily room closures, maintain anecdotal records, and report staff concerns to the supervisor. Obtain 15 hours of continuing education annually and participate in center goal evaluations.
