Early Learning Center Manager

Manager responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating, and controlling services of the childcare program, supervising faculty, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulations, recruiting and scheduling children, communicating with parents, marketing and recruitment events, and maintaining records and reports. Requires overseeing program operations, policy development, staff training/evaluation, and ensuring well-being and quality of learning environments for children; in-person role with occasional evenings/weekends as part of marketing and recruitment activities.
