Job Summary
The Early Learning Center Assistant Teacher/Floater provides support to teaching staff and program directors to ensure a smooth program day, assists with classroom materials preparation, inventory, and organization, substitutes as needed, and helps with setup/closing of the program. Responsibilities include supervising children, advocating for the needs of young learners and families, teaching conflict resolution skills, and supporting Christian-based church programs. Requires participation in professional development, adherence to licensing health requirements, ability to perform physical tasks in a childcare environment, and collaboration with staff to deliver a safe, engaging learning space for children.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a childcare center preferred.
