Job Summary
Interact with children in a safe and caring environment while supervising activities, distributing snacks, and assisting with clean-up to foster independence. Conduct conflict resolution between students and coordinate daily sign-in and sign-out procedures. Support the lead staff with implementation of choice-based activities and manage supervision throughout the aftercare window. Clear a background check and TB screening. Monday through Friday from 1:30 to 5:30 pm. Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- Class management skills
- Must be able to clear a background check
- Must be able to clear TB screening
