Job Summary
Provide family-centered early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. Perform family training with the caregiver and child in home, daycare or natural environments; provide training, education, and support to families in areas of child development, parenting, and family functioning; develop and implement strategies to promote the child’s development; monitor progress of child and family. Requires full-time schedule in South Carolina with travel 50-75% to counties in the Upstate region (Anderson, Clemson, Greenville, Mauldin, Travelers Rest, etc.). Minimum education is a Bachelor's degree in related fields with 1 year of experience working with children birth to six; alternative pathway includes a Bachelor's in any field with 5 years of relevant experience. CPR/First Aid/AED preferred; Driver's License required. Salary base $40,000 with mileage reimbursement up to $565 monthly cap, potential earnings up to $46,780 annually; benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, and other insurance offerings. Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:00; travel up to 50-75%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Family & Consumer Science, or any related field, plus 1 year of documented experience working with children birth to six years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in ANY field and 5 years of documented experience with infants and toddlers OR children age birth to 5 years with disabilities.
